• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and hashed password. We manage user authentication through Supabase.
• Subscription Information: When you subscribe, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment information. We only store information such as your subscription status and billing cycle.
• Translation Data: The original text you submit for translation and the translated text you receive. We may store your translation history so you can view it in the web app. This data is sent to the third-party translation engines you choose.
• User Content: Personal vocabulary lists you create and sync. This data is stored in our backend database (Supabase) to sync across your devices.
• Technical and Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, such as browser type, IP address, access time, features used, etc., to help us analyze and improve our services.

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Manage your account and process subscription payments.
• Sync your vocabulary and settings across your devices.
• Communicate with you, including sending service-related notifications and responding to your requests.
• Protect the security of our services and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information in the following circumstances:

• Third-party Translation Services: Your translation requests will be sent to the translation service provider you choose (such as Google, DeepL, OpenAI, etc.). We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
• Service Providers: We work with third-party service providers to support our operations, including:
  • Stripe：For payment processing.
  • Supabase：For user authentication and data storage.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legitimate rights.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including using the secure infrastructure provided by Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your information through your account settings or contact us directly. You can also delete your account at any time through your account settings, which will clear your personal information and user content.
