Account Management
Manage your Transurf account information
On the Transurf account management page, you can comprehensively manage your account information, subscription plans, and security settings. Visit Account
Personal Information
Account Overview
- User Avatar: Displays your personal avatar (from OAuth service providers)
- Username: Displays your username or email prefix
- Email Address: Displays your registered email
- Account Status: Indicates whether the account is activated and the email is verified
Change Email Address
You can update your email address:
- Enter the new email address in the "Email Settings" card
- Click the "Update Email" button
- The system will send a verification email to the new address
- Once verified, the new email will take effect
Note: Changing your email requires verification of the new email. Until verification is complete, you must use the old email to log in.
Subscription Management
Current Subscription Status
If you have an active subscription, the system will display:
- Product Name: The name of the subscribed product
- Subscription Price: Monthly or annual price
- Billing Cycle: Monthly or annual billing
- Next Renewal: The date of the next charge
- Subscription Status:
- Active: Currently in use
- Trial: Within the trial period
- Canceled: Canceled but still usable until the end of the current period
- Overdue: Payment failed
- Pending Cancellation: Set to cancel at the end of the period
Subscription Actions
Change Plan
- Select "Change Plan" in the "Subscription Management" area
- Choose a new subscription plan from the dropdown menu
- View price differences and billing details
- Click "Confirm Change"
The system will immediately apply the new plan and charge or refund the difference based on the remaining time in the current billing cycle.
Cancel Subscription
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
- Confirm cancellation in the dialog box
- The subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle
- You can still use the service until the end of the period
Resume Subscription
If you have canceled your subscription but the current period has not ended, you can:
- Click the "Resume Subscription" button
- Confirm the resume action
- The subscription will be reactivated and renew as normal
No Subscription Status
If you do not have an active subscription, the system will:
- Display a "Start Your Subscription Journey" prompt
- Show available pricing plans
- Provide options to subscribe immediately
Security Settings
Password Management
You can change your account password:
- Current Password: Enter your current password
- New Password: Set a new password (at least 6 characters)
- Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password for confirmation
- Click "Update Password"
Important Reminders:
- You need to log in again after updating your password
- The new password must be at least 6 characters long
- The system will verify the correctness of the current password
Danger Zone
Permanently Delete Account
If you want to permanently delete your account:
- Click "Permanently Delete Account" in the "Danger Zone" area
- Carefully read the deletion warning:
- All account data and settings will be deleted
- Current subscriptions and billing history will be deleted
- Usage records and preferences will be deleted
- Enter:
DELETE MY ACCOUNT
in the confirmation box - Click "Permanently Delete Account"
Warning: This action is irreversible. Please consider carefully.
